The course imparts (geronto-)psychiatric expertise and promotes, deepens and accompanies the areas of perception, communication, the ability to criticise, conflict, reflect and relate. Furthermore, an understanding approach to the patients is made possible.
The training is intended to enable nursing professionals in inpatient as well as in outpatient facilities to responsibly instruct trainees and new employees.
